Privacy Policy

Fargo Engineering · Effective date: April 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Fargo Engineering (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@fargoengineering.com.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the Service, we may collect:

2. QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — read-only access

Where a Service connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online, we access QuickBooks data only as authorized by you or your organization through Intuit’s connection (OAuth) flow, and we use read-only access to the categories of data permitted by the scopes you approve. We use this information solely to provide the features you request (for example, reporting or operational visibility). We do not sell QuickBooks data.

Intuit’s services are subject to Intuit’s terms and privacy notice. You can review Intuit’s materials and manage app connections from your Intuit account. Disconnecting the app stops further data access through that connection, subject to Intuit’s controls and any retention described below.

3. Twilio

Where a Service uses Twilio (or similar communications infrastructure), we process information needed to send or receive messages or calls on your behalf — for example, phone numbers, message or call content you supply for delivery, delivery status, and related metadata. Twilio processes certain data as a service provider according to its agreements and privacy documentation. We use Twilio-powered communications for operational purposes tied to the Services (for example, notifications you configure), not for unrelated marketing unless we separately obtain appropriate consent where required.

4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information as the term “sell” is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by data category and system; contact us for more detail about a specific Service.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to appeal decisions. To exercise rights, contact admin@fargoengineering.com. We may need to verify your request and coordinate with your organization when accounts are employer-managed.

9. International transfers

If we process information across borders, we take steps consistent with applicable law, which may include contractual safeguards where required.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
